We had two birthdays to celebrate this August. On the day we returned from Timberman, Shawn celebrated her 29th birthday. Again. We took her and her mom out for dinner and made her blow out a candle and have the waitstaff sing to her - you know, usual stuff. We think she had fun!
Four days later, it was Jake’s turn to be abused! He was awoken by the rest of the family singing a three-part harmony version, complete with cardboard box accompaniment, of Happy Birthday! Here he is, pretty thrilled (though not entirely awake) with the new video game he got.
