No, not bored. Board. But we’ll get to that.
Our Thanksgiving began with the family participating in the 20th annual Feaster Five road races up in Andover. As he’s done for the last few years, John was the MC for the kids’ races and then worked at the finish line encouraging runners up the final hill. (He described this job a couple years back here.) Shawn and the guys ran the 5k race. Heavy crowds held them back from any records but they all had fun, all finished the race, and all got pies!!

Later that day, our neighbors joined Marie and us for the traditional Thanksgiving dinner complete with turkey, fixings, snacks, wine, chaos, homemade cranberry sauce… All good!

We completed our meal with the treat of the traditional board breaking as demonstrated here by Matt with Dan assisting.

Yup. Board on Thanksgiving! Hope your holiday was a great one!!
Great pictures, thank you for sending them (and for feeding us).
I ENJOYED ALL THE PICTURES AND THIS NEW FORMAT FOR YOUR NEWSLETTERS! THEY’RE ALL WONDERFUL.
